Cape Grim serves up gourmet burgers

Premium grass-fed beef label Cape Grim Beef and celebrity chef Neil Perry’s Burger Project Team worked together to wow customers at a Beef Australia event in Rockhampton, Queensland. The Cape Grim Beef team from Tasmania cooked up a remarkable one tonne of premium minced chuck and brisket patties at the triennial beef jamboree in May. The Managing Director of Greenham Tasmania, Peter Greenham, said: “Although the Cape Grim brand is already well known domestically and exported to 15 countries, we wanted Tasmanian beef to be showcased at this truly international event. We’ve had a long relationship with Neil Perry and the Rockpool Group so when we had the chance to work together to present a great burger at Beef Week, we all jumped at it.”
