Chef Alain Passard, in 2016 peer - voted No. 1 on the list of the world's best 100 chefs, visits Tasmania to work with and inspire Tasmania's young and aspiring student chefs. In an action packed week Alain tests Australia’s island state's reputation for exceptional food and beverage and finds, as he describes it, “a paradise".

During his Tasmanian adventure Alain has fished, visited markets and dined in our best restaurants. He believes, ‘It isn’t a country; it’s paradise’.
