Bream Creek wins gold in China

Bream Creek Vineyard has won a Gold Medal at China’s biggest wine and spirit competition. The 2011 Bream Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir was honoured alongside some of the most famous wine brands in the world at the 2015 China Wine and Spirits Awards in Hong Kong. Vineyard owner Fred Peacock said: “It’s fantastic news for our local industry to see a Tasmanian wine get up there among the best in the world and it also means a lot to us in so far as trade with China goes. We now look forward to the opportunity to stand out and grow the prestige of Tasmanian wines in the thriving Chinese market.”
